‘Tidak apa’ attitude is giving Malaysians a bad reputation

I AM writing in response to the letter “Shameful attitude at hospital” (The Star, Oct 14).

As an American living in Malaysia, I thought this only happened to foreigners but from this letter and talking to others, it seems to be a poor behaviour that runs across the board.
