We have regularly read adverse comments and the difficulties the public have in dealing with government departments.

As an Australian citizen seeking permanent residency in Malaysia for myself and my family, I wish to point out the exemplary treatment I had from the Immigration Department. During my initial contact with the department, I wasn’t able to get all the answers.
