No reply to appeal against summons

DESPITE my appeal letters and photos to the police disputing their photo evidence to support their saman ekor issued against my 15-year-old car speeding in Kedah and Perlis, I’ve not received any reply from them confirming that the summons has been cancelled.

I am from Selangor and have never been to Kedah or Perlis in my old car, let alone speeding at 102-111kph against the speed limit of 90kph.

Moreover, I informed them that there were many glaring differences between my old car and the speeding car. For example, my car does not have rear wipers and has a rectangular, not square, number plate. Also, the brand name of my car is clearly displayed unlike the speeding car. The above information has been sent via AR registered mail to the Kedah and Perlis police stations.

Today, my application to renew the road tax for my new car was rejected by the post office due probably to unsettled summons! I have not received any summons for my new car and I am very upset if the rejection is linked to the summons against my old car. So when is all this going to end?
