DESPITE my appeal letters and photos to the police disputing their photo evidence to support their saman ekor issued against my 15-year-old car speeding in Kedah and Perlis, I’ve not received any reply from them confirming that the summons has been cancelled.
I am from Selangor and have never been to Kedah or Perlis in my old car, let alone speeding at 102-111kph against the speed limit of 90kph.
