Listening is the antidote to distrust

The majority of Americans distrust their government, according to results of a recent poll conducted by the Pew Research Centre of the US. The poll showed that 76% were of the view that the government would not do the right thing most of the time. It found that only 3% trusted the government to always do the right thing.
