THE Education and the Human Resources Ministries are working out pathways so that students who fared poorly in the SPM examination can undergo technical, vocational, trade and or skills training.
These students are considered not academically inclined and it is believed that the pathways would give them a new lifeline. The move has received enthusiastic support and approval and there are even suggestions that this be done as early as after their PMR examination.
