I AM a victim to water meter theft in Kota Kemuning. I realise this is not only my problem and that the thefts are not confined to Kota Kemuning
But I am bewildered that I have to personally go to the Syabas office to report the missing meter and pay for the installation fee of RM81 for each water meter on each floor of the building. As the water meters are installed along the pavement, it should not be the owner’s responsibility to ensure that they are not stolen.
