A fairly good way to select choice schools


THE Education Ministry would like to refer to “Have a fair evaluation for all schools” (The Star, Feb 2), “Be fair to all schools” (The Star, Feb 3) and “Be fair when rewarding schools” (The Star, Feb 5).

In order to achieve a world class status for education in Malaysia, the ministry has set up High Performing Schools (HPS) in the country. The choice for the HPS is based on the selection criteria of cluster schools:
