We refer to the letter by Chan Lin Heng “Still waiting for reply from Fomema on suggestion” (The Star, Feb 9). We would be grateful if the writer could get in touch with Fomema to enable us to address his issues speedily.
At present, Fomema can only accept payment in the form of a bank draft, postal order or money order. This requirement is encapsulated in the concession agreement between Fomema and the Government and has been in place since 1997.
