I REFER to the article “The bomoh strikes again, and again, and again ...” (Sunday Star, Jan 31) in which the MCA Public Services and Complaints Bureau chief Datuk Micheal Chong was reported as suggesting that laws are tightened in order to regulate mediums, fortune tellers and bomohs while eliminating the con men.

I agree with him that mediums, bomohs and other occult practitioners should be regulated by law so that the con men and cheats in their midst can be eliminated in order to protect the unsuspecting public.
