Ensure azan call is done properly

I AM a resident of Taman Sri Ampang in Ipoh and a Muslim. I cannot recall the last time mosques in the area sounded the azan properly.

Every morning at 6.20, the air is filled with the slurred chant of someone who seems to have just got out of bed. It is not surprising that some people are disturbed by this situation and have called for the sound of the azan to be lowered or even stopped altogether.
