Reduce intake of foreign doctors

I’M really sad to see foreigners who are practising in Malaysia as contract doctors are enjoying a better life than local doctors who are jobless and still at large.

Because of article 12a/b of the Medical Act 1971, hundreds of doctors from non-recognised universities are barred from practising as full-fledged doctor in this country whereas foreign doctors from India, Sri lanka and Pakistan are enjoying a wonderful life in our country as doctors in government hospitals.
