I REFER to the report 'Pricey infant formula forces substitute feeding' (The Star, June 17).
The Health Ministry shares its concern that some infants and toddlers from poor families are being fed with inappropriate and non-nutritious feeding products such as condensed milk, rock sugar syrup, black coffee and plain tea as you had stated.
