Sceptical of rail line

IT came as a real surprise to hear that KTMB had proposed an Outer Ring Rail line to provide a rail link between suburban communities in the Klang Valley.

My first thought was positive. Most analyses of the Klang Valley show that there is a need to build ring lines to complete the rail transit network. Hopefully, this line will fill in a few more of the missing gaps in the rail networks in the more urbanised areas of the Klang Valley.
