I HAVE several questions regarding the Road Transport Act 1987 and I hope somebody can give an answer because I have sent e-mails to the JPJ, police and Transport Ministry, but have had no reply from any.
It is regarding the installation of white Xenon HID headlamps on locally manufactured cars. Recently, I was in Batu Pahat, and I was slapped with a fine for the white headlamps.
