I REFER to “Resolve problems facing housemen first” (The Star, Nov 29) and agree that “most times, the houseman is subjected not only to hard work, but the most dreadful of all must be the fact that they get mentally tortured”.
From my four years of experience working in government hospitals from 2001-2005, I have found many housemen being bullied or mistreated.
