EVERY day, I am greeted by the sight of at least 15 to 20 young people at the main entrance of a hypermarket in Klang. They are not the staff of the hypermarket, but touts peddling their Scratch-and-Win cards.
Not only are they an eyesore, they are also a nuisance. They give the impression that the hypermarket tolerates and welcomes such activities at its premises.
