Overhaul of transport services needed

RECENT comments and articles in various media are unanimous that RapidKL bus services are not meeting the needs of passengers. 

In the two-and-a-half years since I arrived in Malaysia, bus services have changed four times. The various designs and operations of the RapidKL bus routes, along with the existing system of buses into the city, have created interesting challenges for everyone.
