AT THE Taman Kota Mas lifelong learning centre, the other such facility within the Tanjung Piai parliamentary constituency, the scenes differ. Here, teenagers learn about automotive and beauty skills.  

The centre, the first of its kind set up by the MCA, aims to help early school-leavers acquire skills through a Revitalising Education programme under the party's 9-Point Party Platform (9PPP) project.
