I have been a regular runner at the Ipoh Polo Ground for the past 20 years and have seen changes, good and bad.

The Polo Ground is considered one of the green lungs of the city. On any fine morning and evening, one can see people walking or jogging on the jogging track there, or doing and other forms of exercise.
