I WISH to highlight to the Kuala Lumpur City Hall that most of the jogging tracks and walk paths in the Lake Gardens urgently need to be upgraded, especially the rubber mats along the slopes.
My son and I were among the unfortunate joggers who accidentally slipped and fell on one of the paths leading to the washroom next to the performing stage, on Nov 19.
