I REFER to the letter by David Tan, Chinese Community Liaison Officer, Westminster City Council, London, “Good reason for rule change” (The Star, Aug 23).
Contrary to what Tan tried to project in his letter, the opportunities for post-graduate training for overseas doctors/dentists in the UK are practically non-existent after the change in the UK immigration rule.
