IT’S shameful. I am talking about the Johor Baru City Council which has earned quite a reputation for its inability to resolve the many complaints of potholes on the city’s roads. 

Long before Panjang gained the attention and admiration of JB residents for using his own time and money to patch up potholes, there had already been plenty of e-mail and letters to newspapers about the problem.
