IT IS a great idea having opinion pages in newspapers for the people to voice their thoughts, suggestions and complaints. From readers' letters it appears there are many issues that are disturbing.
But will there be any action taken to overcome these issues? It is pointless for us to voice our concerns if the issues are not being looked into.
