I REFER to your report, “Government now more open to change,” (The Star, Dec 16). As a citizen, I am glad that we are improving. 

Your report quoting Transparency International Malaysia Chapter president Datuk Param Cumaraswamy, mentions that the recent improvement in Parliament shows there are MPs who want to change and are prepared to listen and talk about change.
