THE qualifying test to be introduced for doctors graduating from foreign universities has naturally upset students who are studying at such educational institutions.
However, the Malaysian Medical Council clarified later that not all such graduates would need to sit for this special test, which is aimed at gauging the standard of the graduates' medical knowledge.
