THERE has always been this fear that terrorists would one day attack London. It was inevitable following the Sept 11 attack in New York and on July 7, they finally struck.
That the bombs went off just a day after London was chosen to host the 2012 Olympics must be a bonus to the terrorists, even if the timing might have been more to do with the G-8 summit in Gleneagles, Scotland.
