Battle of the four ‘L’s

The Dewan Rakyat sits again tomorrow. While it is not possible for newspapers to feature everything discussed in the august House, there is always a complete record of the proceedings via what is traditionally referred to as the Hansard. WONG LI ZA checks out how a small but dedicated team of parliamentary staff puts together these reports each time Parliament is in session.

THEY have one thing in common – all their surnames begin with the letter ‘L’. And in the run-up to the MCA party elections in August, whatever decisions they make will determine whether they end up as leaders or as losers. Interestingly enough, both words also start with “L”.
