THE government's plan to impose diesel quotas on petrol stations may penalise innocent vehicle owners and not those who abuse the diesel subsidy (The Star, Dec 16).
It is claimed that the culprits are difficult to apprehend as there are so many petrol stations where diesel can be supplied to such people.
