I APPLAUD the Consumer Association of Penang and The Star for bringing to the attention of the Malaysian public the fees and charges levied by our banks on their customers.
I appreciate the details provided by The Star on these ridiculous charges. I was not even aware of the full extent of these charges and I am outraged.
