THE overhead pedestrian bridge across Jalan Semangat, in Petaling Jaya, was torn down by the Petaling Jaya Municipal Council after it was damaged by a trailer in June.
Since then the council has not done anything to help matters. For example, putting up a temporary zebra crossing for the safety of the road users while waiting for a new bridge to be built.
