PRIME Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has brushed aside Cuepacs’ request for a pay rise for civil servants following the recent hike in fuel prices.
Cuepacs, which represents about one million government employees, is the first union organisation to ask for more pay while several business groups are seeking an immediate increase for their goods and services too.
