Racism must be contained, says government paper

THE government discussion paper on racial and religious vilification gives an interesting insight into the nature and characteristics of Australians, their way of thinking and attitude toward people of different origins and colour. 

Although racism has existed since the first white man landed on this vast continent more than 200 years ago, it has gone through various stages of evolution to providing the rights of the minorities in Australia.
