WE CONSIDER the Sept 6 revelation that Tenaga Nasional Bhd is owed a staggering RM852.893mil in unpaid power bills shocking news indeed.
In disclosing the figures at the Dewan Rakyat, Deputy Energy, Water and Communications Minister Datuk Shaziman Abu Mansor stated that RM586.932mil was owed by six companies alone.
