KLIA taxi service a disgrace and big letdown

I AM a frequent business traveller and user of KLIA’s taxi service. While KLIA is a world-class airport, and we have outstanding highways between KLIA and the city, the KLIA taxi service is a disgrace and a considerable letdown for the traveller first coming to the country.  

A case in point was when I returned from a business trip on July 6. The assigned taxi had water leaking from the boot.
