I REFER to the letter, “Monopoly of KLIA limo service only helps the touts”, and strongly support the views expressed by the writer, Ramon Navaratnam.
One must ask why passengers prefer touts when the KLIA limo tickets are so easily available. The only reason I can think of is the monopolistic pricing of the limo and their restrictive policies on passenger load.
