FELDA LBJ settlers hit the headlines about eight years ago when they became instant millionaires after selling their land in Labu, Negri Sembilan. 

The 504 former settlers received between RM1.2mil and RM1.4mil each when they sold their land in 1996 for RM790.3mil to a company to develop the 1,832ha settlement into the state’s technology corridor.
