DATUK Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi telephoned Datuk Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor yesterday morning to give him the bad news – that he would be dropped from the Cabinet.
It was not an easy task. After all, Tengku Adnan is the Federal Territory Umno chief and had created history by being the first MP for the Putrajaya parliamentary seat. His opponent lost his deposit.
