IN his letter, “Needs of pedestrians should come first” (Sunday Star, March 14), Consumers Association of Penang president S.M. Mohamed Idris mentioned that “walking can turn out to be a dangerous adventure, especially in the cities”.
I wonder which cities he is referring to, and what he means by “dangerous adventure”. I often walk the streets of KL and do not find it dangerous.
