A lousy deal for vacation club member

I FULLY agree with Victim of Cheap Holidays. These vacation clubs have been going around promising holiday accommodation to everyone if they become members even when they may not have the capacity to do so. I am a so-called executive member of one particular vacation club and have also faced problems in reserving rooms.  

Recently, I enquired about the possibility of reserving a room at a beach resort on Redang island and the first response I got was that it was “fully booked”! The response was purely mechanical and without much thought. Worst of all, it was not the first time it had happened.
