WE refer to the letter “Puzzled over parcel that never arrived” from Teng, Kluang, on Jan 25 pertaining to a parcel sent via Poslaju to Bristol, England.

Poslaju has contacted Teng and the matter has been resolved. The said parcel contained foodstuff. As such, it was detained by Customs at the Office of Exchange in Coventry, England. Four attempts were made to deliver the parcel to Teng’s daughter by Parcelforce Worldwide in Bristol but were unsuccessful because the addressee was not in. As agreed by Teng, the parcel was subsequently returned to Malaysia and delivered to him.
