SINGAPORE’S uncompromising habit of executing drug traffickers and murderers is being used by Amnesty International to campaign for a global end to this form of punishment.
In a statement, the rights group said Singapore leads the world in executions, exceeding countries like Saudi Arabia, China and Sierra Leone on a per capita basis.
