RECENTLY I went to the Ipoh Immigration office to apply for an international passport for my daughter.
After obtaining a queue number, my daughter and I sat down to wait for our turn.
However, within five minutes an officer came to us, wished us good morning and told me that being a senior citizen, I could go to the special counter without having to wait.
I was surprised to see the improvement of service and was very satisfied with the changes.
