DESPITE numerous complaints voiced by concerned citizens over the years about noisy cars, motorcycles and lorries with modified exhaust pipes and engines, there seems to have been a marked increase in the number of such vehicles.
These vehicles contribute tremendously to the noise pollution and pose a great nuisance to our environment, especially in residential areas.
