I REFER to your report, “Clean toilets rebate proposed” (Sunday Star, Oct 5).
Deputy Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Peter Chin's proposal to grant assessment rebates to food outlets, as an incentive to encourage operators to maintain clean toilets is very welcome news indeed.
