THE newly-launched Berjaya Times Square is an impressive project which boasts of having the biggest mall in the country.
I called to find out if it had wheelchairs for the elderly as my mother cannot walk too long a distance in the big mall. I was shocked to hear that the sophisticated mall does not have such facilities.
