Thanks for increasing police patrols

I WOULD like to express my appreciation to Malacca Chief Police Officer Senior Asst Comm I Datuk Christopher Wan and the police for increasing patrols in the Klebang Besar area.

On July 31, I was walking my dog when I saw two men on a motorcycle behaving suspiciously near my house.

They went behind a container and disappeared from view.

I was not sure what to do. But fortunately at that moment a patrol car passed by.

I told the policemen what I saw and they immediately searched the area.

They found one man behind the container and questioned him before letting him go.

The policemen were very efficient, polite and prompt in taking action and I feel this sort of response gives great confidence to the public.
