SEOUL: Revised enforcement provisions of the National Health Promotion Law are drastically changing the nation's smoking culture these days.
Smokers, already forced out of their offices years ago, now have to walk out of their buildings to light up as all structures of 2,000 sq metres or larger became “no-smoking zones” under the new rule as of July 1.
