Ipoh City Council not a ‘moral guardian’

IPOH is certainly one of the better places to live in. The city is clean, the cost of living low, the food is good and there are plenty of green lungs surrounding the housing areas. 

Unlike bigger cities like Kuala Lumpur, George Town and Johor Baru, the city authorities have had an easier task.
