A STUDENT at the University of Oklahoma (OU) has warned that overseas students should be prepared to pay substantially higher fees as well as higher living expenses for the 2003-04 term.
She wrote in an e-mail that many international students were heading for OU, not knowing that the cap on tuition fee increase had been lifted by the state legislature. The fees may go up between 20% and 50% while living expenses are expected to rise 5% to 9%.
