A DINNER was hosted for prominent Hong Kong film producer Raymond Chow at Carcosa Sri Negara two years ago. Joining the small group of diners were two senior politicians. 

Chow, who was responsible for turning martial arts actor Bruce Lee into a cult figure, was in town to look at investment possibilities and to lobby for tax deductions for foreign films.
